Cancellation Policy
Simply Refined Skin understands that sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
